after school, after work. Suggested
donation is $10, kids free. Come hang out! First Day
NY is committed to giving
children in NYC shelters a great start on their first day in school. First Day NY provides a backpack
for each student filled with a new outfit for the first day of school, school
supplies, and the desire, excitement and confidence every child needs to rise
to the head of the class. _________________________________________________ The successful event collected over $1000 to help towards buying books, school uniforms and back packs for children’s first day back to school. See below for some pictures of the actual event.
